So, here’s the latest news in the Octo-Mom circus:
- Nadya said she has no plans to ever be on welfare, but then we found out she had been using about $500/month in food stamps. Plus, she’s getting Social Sercutiy disability payments for 3 of her (original 6) children who are disabled. She does not consider that public aid. Hello?!
- But, she did establish a website to collect donations (oh yeah, BIG surprise). thenadyasulemanfamily.com. You can leave her a message too. Reading those would be interesting.
- They have moved Suleman and her 6 kids to an undisclosed location becuase she has been receiving death threats. Probably via the website mentioned above. Threats are not cool.
- There is major controversy over who is going to pay for the estimated $1.3 Million in medical bills for her and her 14 babies. The hospital where the babies are has asked Medi-Cal for reimbursement (amount undisclosed). California is about to go bankrupt, y’all! I don’t think it’s right that our taxpayer money is going to foot the bill for her obsession with children…Most people stop having kids because they can’t afford it.
- It’s estimated that her in-vitro treatments cost around $100K, most likely paid for with her $167K disability payment from getting hurt at the psychiatric hospital she was at…I mean, that she was working at.
- All of her 8 babies’ names end in the letter ‘h’ (this is a completely useless fact. I just thought I’d put it out there to make me look observant)

Those poor kids. Not many people do well with abrupt transitions, let alone disabled children. Who is going to pay for the psychological therapy those kids are gonna need because their mom is totally cuckoo? Maybe we should start a website for that… we’ll collect donations that go toward the mental health treatment of Octo-mom’s children! We’d probably raise millions.
