Fab Finds Friday – Reusable Bags That You Actually Use

I have four reusable Trader Joe’s bags that I take with me when I go grocery shopping…except about 90% of the time I forget them at home or in my car. I thought it was just me being a bonehead, but apparently this is a common problem (or there are more boneheads in the world than I thought).  Two smarty-pants, Stanford-educated product designers set out to help solve the shopping bag plight of the boneheads and came up with Flip and Tumble bags. The picture above shows what the bags look like when not in use…compact enough to fit your purse or diaperbag yet large and strong enough to carry lots o’ groceries. They come in great color combos and in two different styles priced from $6 to $12 each. www.flipandtumble.com

P.S. I love their website design too

I really like my ACME Workhorse bags from http://www.reusablebags.com

They fold up into their own little pouch and they just started making them out of Eco Circle fabric, which is a closed-loop system for recycling polyester products.
