My To-Do List. Does Yours Look Like This Too?

Posted by Andrea on September 10th, 2008. Filed under: cool moms, hip moms, mom blog, moms who work, to-do list, working moms.
In no particular order, this is what’s on my short list of to-do’s:
  • Organize family photos (last time inserted photo in album: 2002)
  • While working on first bullet point, replace Target picture frame photo inserts in hallway photo display with photos of us or someone we actually know (date photo display hung: March 2007)
  • Make appointment with dermatologist to check out funky moles.  Note: Do not go to dermi visited last time who told me I had “severe facial discoloration” caused by pregnancy and then proceeded to try and sell me his one-of-a-kind, personally-formulated $90 skin bleaching creme
  • Schedule consult with plastic surgeon to decide if will ever have the guts to fill-in and prop-up my “Snoopy ears” (caused by same pregnancies that gave me the ‘severe facial discoloration’)
  • Puree all of the fruits and veggies I’m planning on sneaking into my kids food…and figure out how I’ll get them to eat the food into which said puree has been sneaked since they don’t eat those foods either
  • Mail wedding gift to Z.  before her first anniversary in two weeks
  • Follow up on 100+ emails received at work today
  • Drive kids to soccer and karate
  • Have sex with husband
  • Bloggity, blog, blog
Wow, I just re-read this and you must think I’m hideous with my “severe facial discoloration”, funky moles and saggy boobs.  Just so you know, I have freckles (I don’t consider them “severe”), the moles are in places that are only visible when I’m in a bathing suit, and the boobies….well, they are very, very sad.
What’s on your to-do list?  Tell me.
